在万可，环境保护对我们来讲不仅仅是需要遵守环保法规。

公司环境管理体系

企业的发展也会导致大量的资源消耗。我们认识到，实现环境目标才能取得经济上的成功。作为一家制造商，我们为环境保护提供支持。我们始终沿着增值链跟踪每个物料流，将原材料、产品设计、生产和消费视为整体过程的一部分。我们努力缩短周期，节约资源。

我们的环境和能源管理系统通过了DIN EN ISO 14001和DIN EN ISO 50001认证，确保公司的每一个部门都遵守国家和国际要求，并在环境保护融入公司的所有流程。此外，万可还做出了超出ISO要求的其它环境保护的努力。例如：员工的防浪费计划以及能源监控方案。其他的例子还包括：塑料和水处理、节约生产和包装原材料、全公司使用再生纸、引进电动汽车的充电站、生产过程中的余热利用等。

产品环保管理体系

RoHS——限制某些有害物质的使用

REACH——化学品的注册、评估和授权

REACH法规(no.1907/2006)于2007年6月1日开始生效，从那时起，该指令为所有欧盟成员国奠定了有效力的法律基础。为了达到保护人类健康和环境的目的，此法规力求囊括对所有化学品及其影响的分类和识别。

REACH法规也为供应链的每个参与者分配特定任务。万可生产的产品遵循该规范要求。由于产品无需注册，万可承担了供应链中下游用户的责任。这样，根据REACH法规，第33章的要求，万可有责任通知供应链中的后续环节。万可十分认真地对待这项责任。

BOMcheck

如REACH 和 RoHS 等欧洲法规需要产品中禁用物质信息条款。此信息应该由制造商及供应链中的供应商提供。万可使用BOMcheck成功高效地应对了这一挑战。

BOMcheck是电气和电子行业的企业用于物质申报的集中式数据库。这是一个专门设计的合规工具，允许制造商和供应商有效地创建符合REACH、RoHS和其他物质限制法规的结构良好的物质声明。这个互联网数据库系统提高了与产品有关的环境保护部门的数据质量。

WEEE——报废的电子电气设备

WEEE指令2012/19/EU对电气和电子设备的回收和循环利用进行了规定。电气和电子设备的制造商和进口商必须注册为“ WEEE制造商”，并遵守报告和接受退货的要求。我们一直非常认真地遵守WEEE法律法规——为了我们自己的利益以及客户的公认利益。

我们只有少数几个项目在WEEE指令和成员国实施法的管辖范围之内。无论法律是否规定是否需要进行标记（并非整个欧洲的B2B区域均有强制性要求），我们都已在相应产品上标记符合WEEE要求。

更少的材料创造更大效益：万可包装理念

我们在选择包装材料时遵循可回收性原则。万可所使用的包装是可以回收的，并且在经济循环中不需要任何额外的预处理。除了回收利用，我们还注重原材料的节约。因此，我们的纸箱均由80%的再生纸制成，且带有RESY可回收标志。带有RESY标志即保证遵守运输包装条例。并通过局部穿孔来展示此可回收性。从而使得万可纸箱能够采用无墨打印方式。通过这种方式，避免了对环境的不必要的污染。
