直接安装在机器或系统上的传感器/执行器接线盒是无源配电系统，可实现快速、经济高效、尤其是无控制柜的信号传输。由于采用了全封闭式IP67外壳，信号能够可靠地传输至控制器。

适于机器信号采集

无源M8/M12传感器/执行器接线盒可安装在现场机器附近采集相关信号。该产品适于恶劣环境条件，并通过电缆实现从传感器/执行器到控制器的连接。标准接插式连接器可实现传感器和执行器的即插即用功能，而使用中继电缆可取代I/O信号与控制柜中自动化组件的独立接线。布线简洁、规划良好。

极端恶劣条件下实现信号采集

传感器/执行器接线盒坚固耐用，符合IP67或IP68防护等级对带电缆接线盒的要求(1 m水深可保持72小时)。因此，在无控制柜且环境条件(温度波动、冲击、振动)极其恶劣的情况下，该接线盒可作为采集信号的理想解决方案。此外，当信号数量少或信号简单(数字量信号采集/输出)时，使用主动IP67 I/O系统不够经济高效, 该接线盒也可作为理想替代品。

即插即用的连接技术

传感器/执行器接线盒带可拆卸接线电缆(M16或M23连接器)，适于经常需要断开和重新连接的应用领域(运输、改装、服务等)。

固定的干线电缆

当无法使用预装好的M16/M23电缆时，可使用带电缆的传感器/执行器接线盒。

系统/机器易受恶劣的机械作用和热作用影响。因此，无论振动和冲击多强，依然能够处理信号至关重要。传感器/执行器接线盒可靠近机器设备安装。当进行信号采集和通过连接电缆为控制器或控制柜内其他自动化组件供电时，完全密封的设计可减缓强振动和温度负荷的作用，进而保障系统安全运行。

传感器/执行器接线盒可直接安装在机器上。安装时的孔间距符合CNOMO标准，无源分配器或传感器/执行器接线盒通常都满足该标准。此外，您还可以选配间隔模块，用于无缝并排安装2个模块。由此带来的优势是：维持传感器/执行器电缆合理路径的规定距离，并防止出现污染点。
